group classes

I attended Kasey’s weekly lunchtime yoga and tai chi class at Encino Financial Center for two years. Her teaching is always invigorating and engaging. She accommodates students at all levels of proficiency, and is able to instruct first-timers while teaching new things to proficient yogis. Classes are often enhanced with meditation, oils and other mindful practices. And a lot of fun. I highly recommend.
